1. Distribution Model

In this model, we operate as the regional distributor of our business partners’ branded products. All commercial processes such as product registration, market access, sales, and promotional activities are managed by our local teams. This increases the visibility of the brand in each market and ensures sustainable growth. This model is ideal for our business partners who aim for regional growth while preserving their brand identity.

2. Licensing Model

In the licensing model, we register and launch our business partner’s product under the Welfar brand. In this model, which we integrate into our product portfolio, we ensure fast and effective market entry by leveraging our existing brand awareness and market experience. It is a strong alternative for companies that want to grow with a trusted local name. Both models are based on long-term success, transparency, and sustainable growth. Together, we determine the most suitable structure for your strategic goals.

Our Business Model

Welfar’s business model is focused on prescription medicines (Rx), which make up approximately 80% of our portfolio. Thanks to this focus, we establish strong and lasting collaborations with healthcare professionals across all CIS countries in which we operate.

Our medical promotion teams maintain continuous communication with physicians and key opinion leaders (KOLs), sharing scientific information and providing product support. This close relationship plays a critical role in the accurate positioning of our business partners’ products and in increasing their prescription potential.

Our Logistics Center

With its EU GDP-compliant central warehouse located in the Tbilisi Free Industrial Zone, Welfar has established a strategic logistics hub for the entire CIS region. This facility, with an area of 1,000 square meters and a capacity of 812 pallets, offers our business partners efficient and consolidated distribution opportunities.

Instead of shipping products separately to different countries, products are delivered to this central warehouse. From this point onward, Welfar manages all logistics processes, ensuring that products reach the relevant CIS markets quickly, in compliance with regulations, and with cost advantages.

Our warehouse is equipped with advanced technological infrastructure for country-specific secondary packaging, serialization, aggregation, and other regulation-compliant processes. This service provides an uninterrupted and legally compliant solution for our business partners who are unable to carry out these processes at their own production facilities.
